摘要
目的研究全程优质护理对胆结石术后出院患者心理健康和护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2016年12月~2017年6月收治的120例胆结石患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理。护理干预后,对比患者出院后心理健康与护理满意度。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别低于对照组;观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理对胆结石术后出院患者有重要意义,能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁负性心理,并提高护理满意度,促进护患关系和谐发展,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the quality of care throughout the discharge of gallstone patients after mental health and satisfaction with nursing. Methods A total of 120 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from December 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given full quality care. After nursing intervention, the patients′mental health and satisfaction after discharge were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group respectively. The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole process of high quality nursing is of great significance to discharged patients after gallstone surgery, which can effectively improve patients′ anxiety and depression negative psychology, improve nursing satisfaction and promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
