摘要
目的:探讨个性化的健康护理模式对功能性消化不良患者临床症状的影响。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年6月我院消化内科收治的功能性消化不良患者80例,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规性护理,观察组患者在此基础上制定并实施个性化的健康护理模式,比较两组患者护理干预前后消化系统症状评分以及睡眠质量评分变化。结果:护理干预后观察组患者的消化道不良症状轻于对照组(P<0.05),患者的睡眠质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康护理干预功能性消化不良患者能够有效改善消化系统不良症状并提高睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of personalization health nursing mode on clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:To select80cases of patients with functional dyspepsia cured in gastroenterology department of our hospital from June2014to June2016,and randomly divide them into control group and observation group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group,except routine nursing,was prepared and given personalization health nursing mode.Compare gastrointestinal symptom score and sleep quality score for patients between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Poor digestive tract symptom for patients in observation group after intervention was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and patients’sleep quality was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of personalization health nursing intervention on patients with functional dyspepsia could effectively improve poor digestive tract symptom and improve sleep quality.
