摘要
目的:观察隔盐灸联合开中焦方治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:遴选我院在2018年2月-2019年3月收治的功能性消化不良患者66例,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予隔盐灸联合开中焦方治疗,治疗4周后统计并比较两组胃肠症状改善情况、中医证候积分情况以及总有效率。结果:观察组各项临床胃肠症状缓解情况优于对照组,数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。治疗前两组证候积分差异不显著;治疗后证候积分均发生明显变化,且观察组低于对照组,数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:采用隔盐灸联合开中焦方对功能性消化不良进行治疗,可获得显著的临床效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of salt-and-salt-moxibustion combined on the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:66 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. 33 patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with salt-separated moxibustion combined with Kaizhongjiao recipe. After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms in the two groups was counted and compared. TCM syndrome score and total effective rate.Re-sults:The clinical and gastrointestinal symptoms of the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference of data contrast was significant,P<0.05,the difference of the symptom scores of the two groups in the first two groups was not large,and the integral of the syndromes after treatment had changed significantly,and the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference of data contrast was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of functional dyspepsia with salt-separated moxibustion combined with Kaizhongjiao recipe can obtain very significant clinical effect and has high clinical application value.
