摘要
开放式创新是当前企业创新的重要形式。这种创新形式可以让企业大幅提升创新效率,但也会带来一系列知识产权难题。由于其优良的特性,区块链可以在相当程度上帮助企业破解这些难题,从而帮助开放式创新的顺利进行。但与此同时,它也会带来很多新的问题。为了应对这些问题,让区块链更好服务开放式创新,必须重视制度建设,加强制度与技术的协调。
Open innovation is an important form for current enterprise innovation.It can greatly improve the efficiency of innovation but will also generate some intellectual property problems.Because of its excellent characteristics,blockchain can help enterprises to solve these problems to a considerable extent,thus helping the open innovation to proceed smoothly.Meanwhile,it will also bring about many new problems.In order to cope with these problems and let the block chain better serve open innovation,we must attach importance to the construction of the system and strengthen the coordination of the system and technology.
