摘要
通过新解构发展经济学基本框架的阐述,及其逻辑前提与应用广度的分析,指出经济发展过程是价值维度增加、价值空间扩张以及结构测度复杂化的过程。经济发展与结构变革,是建立在对维度、空间、测度等进行解构基础之上的重构。通过构建新解构经济增长模型,指出制度与技术之间存在生产组织与生产手段的可替代性。构建包括总量测度、体量测度与结构测度在内的广义测度体系以刻画国家、区域或者行业的发展状况。提出新解构生产定理,以及由此派生的供给侧改革方程及其广义形式,并分别基于1980—2015年的中国经济要素投入与2014年中国各省区市经济发展状况进行实证分析。基于解构主义哲学方法论,新解构发展经济学对经济发展、要素投入与供给侧结构调整提供全新的理论视角与分析范式。
This paper expounds the basic framework of new deconstructive development economics, and analyzes its logical premises and application scope. It points out that the process of economic development is the increasing process of value dimension, the expanding process of value space, and the complicated process of structural measurement. Economic development and structural change should be based on the deconstruction of dimensions, space, measurement and so on. A new model of deconstruction of economic growth is constructed, and it also points out that there is substitution between production organization and production means between institution and technology. The generalized measure system including total amount measurement, volume measure and structure measure is constructed to describe the development status of the country, region or industry. The new production theorem and the basic equation of supply side reform and its generalized form are given. Based on the input of China＇s economic factors from 1980 to 2015, and the economic development of China＇s provinces in 2014, the structural equation and generalized measures are empirically analyzed. Based on Deconstructivism philosophy methodology, the new deconstructive development economics provides a new theoretical perspective and analytical paradigm for economic development, factor input and supply side structure adjustment.
