摘要
目的研究对老年良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者采取二甲双胍结合非那雄胺治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2015年5月~2016年8月收治的110老年良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者,按照入院顺序分为两组,其中55例患者采取非那雄胺作为对照组,另55例患者采取二甲双胍结合非那雄胺作为研究组,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果经过观察两组患者的临床效果看出,治疗前两组患者各项指标水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后发现研究组前列腺体积、特异性抗原、残余尿量、甘油三酯以及体质指数均比对照组水平低,但最大尿流率比对照组水平高(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血糖水平、IPSS以及QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后发现研究组血糖以及各项评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);且研究组总有效率90.91%比对照组80.00%高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者采取二甲双胍结合非那雄胺治疗效果显著,明显改善患者相关症状,并降低血糖水平,提高患者生存质量,具有推广及应用的价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Metformin and Finasteride in elderly BPH(benign prostatic hyperplasia)patients complicated with DM(diabetes mellitus).Methods110elderly BPH patients complicated with DM treated from May2015to August2016in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number,55cases each group.The control group took the Finasteride;the study group took the combined method of Metformin and Finasteride.The clinical effect was observed.Results Before treatment,the related index for two groups were not significantly different;after treatment,the prostate volume,specific antigen,residual urine volume,triglyceride and body mass index for study group were statistically reduced while the maximum urine flow rate was statistically increased(P<0.05);before treatment,the blood glucose level,IPSS points and QOL points for two groups were not significantly different;after treatment,the blood glucose level and related evaluation scores for study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate for study group(90.91%)was significantly higher than control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined method of Metformin and Finasteride has an obvious effect in BPH patients complicated with DM,can greatly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the blood glucose level and increase their life quality.
