摘要
家属健康教育是家庭干预的措施之一。精神分裂症患者出院后,长期居家康复需要持续良好的护理干预及康复指导。但家属都普遍缺乏对疾病的正确认识和良好的护理技能,对患者康复产生不利的影响。因此,对患者家属进行健康教育是促进患者康复的重要举措,也是提高患者服药依从性、改善其生活质量、恢复其社会功能等的干预措施,可降低疾病致残率,最终达到全面康复的目的。本文也为今后社区干预提供借鉴。
The health education of family members is one of the measures of family intervention.After the schizophrenia patients are discharged from the hospital,the long-term home rehabilitation needs good nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance,but the general family members lack the correct understanding of the disease and good nursing skills,which lead to the adverse effects on the rehabilitation of the patients.Therefore,the health education of the families of the patients is an important measure to promote the rehabilitation of the patients.It is also the intervention measure to improve the patient's compliance,to reduce the rate of disability and achieve the goal of comprehensive rehabilitation finally to achieve the purpose of comprehensive rehabilitation and to provide reference for further development of community intervention.
