摘要
目的分析延续性护理对改善精神分裂症患者生活质量的效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年12月我院收治的82例精神分裂症患者,根据不同的护理方式分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(延续性护理)各41例。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、 PANSS评分、 SDSS评分和护理效果。结果研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,研究组的PANSS评分、 SDSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的护理总有效率为95.1%,高于对照组的68.3%(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理能够提升精神分裂症患者的生活质量,缓解其不良情绪,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(continuous nursing)according to different nursing methods.The quality of life score,PANSS score,SDSS score and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PANSS score and SDSS score of the study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was 95.1%,higher than 68.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,and alleviate the bad emotions with significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
