摘要
基于要素类型和县际差异的视角,应用地理加权回归模型(GWR),检验了武陵山片区2011、2014和2016年旅游综合收入、3A及以上景区、乡村旅游对各县市区农民收入和城乡收入比的影响,并分析了各旅游要素减贫效应异质性的时空演变规律。结果表明:旅游综合收入对农民收入及城乡收入差距的边际影响递减;3A级景区的收入带动效应总体上具有城镇偏向性,对农民收入的正向影响逐渐减弱、负向影响逐渐增强;4A级景区对农民收入的正向影响逐渐增强、负向影响逐渐减弱,但带动效应的城镇偏向性逐渐增强;5A级景区对农民收入均具有正向影响且影响强度最大,城镇偏向性先减弱后反弹;乡村旅游扶贫成效逐渐显现;各旅游要素减贫效应的空间异质性十分明显。
With perspective of factor-type and inter-county disparity,this article applies GWR to test the influence of comprehensive tourism revenue,number of scenic spot of 3A,4A and 5A,rural tourism on rural income and urban-rural income ratio in the years of 2011,2014 and 2016,and also analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution process of heterogeneity of each tourism factor’s and the effects on poverty alleviation in Wuling mountain area.The results showed that:the marginal influences of comprehensive tourism revenue on rural income and urban-rural income ratio weaken gradually;the income effect of 3A scenic spot labels town priority,the positive influence on farmer’s income weakens gradually while the negative influence increases;the effect of towner priority of 4A scenic spot on the income was enhancing,with the positive influence on farmer’s income increasing and the negative influence weakening;the farmer’s income effect of 5A scenic spot was positive and its influence degree ranks the first among the scenic spots of different levels,and the degree of towner priority firstly weakens and then rebounds;the rural tourism’s poverty alleviation effect emerges gradually;the spatial heterogeneity of each tourism factor and its effect on poverty alleviation are distinct.
