摘要
采用高精度FTM高温微动磨损试验机研究TC21钛合金在150℃下的微动磨损行为。分析温度对摩擦系数及磨损率的影响;通过扫描电镜和能谱等方法研究钛合金TC21在高温下磨痕形貌的变化情况、成分的变化和磨损机理。实验结果表明:温度对钛合金TC21摩擦系数的影响与微动位移有关,位移越小,温度对其影响越小;温度为150℃时,磨损量较室温降低了67.4%~86.5%;磨损机理在常温下以磨粒磨损为主,并存在氧化磨损和粘着磨损,在150℃下以氧化磨损为主,伴随少量的磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。
The fretting wear characteristics of TC21alloy are studied by using the FTM wear testing machine at the elevated temperature of150℃.The influence of temperature on friction coefficient and wear ratio is analyzed.Moreover,the changes of morphology and chemical elements on wear scar and the wear mechanism of TC21alloy are discussed by the means of scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that the influence of temperature on the friction coefficient of TC21alloy is affected by the displacement.The displacement is small and the temperature has little effect on the friction coefficient of TC21alloy.Compared with the room temperature,the wear rate is decreased67.4%-86.5%at150℃.The primary wear mechanism of TC21alloy is mainly abrasive wear,along with oxidation wear and adhesive wear at the room temperature,and that is oxidation wear at the temperatures of150℃,along with a little abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
