摘要
将粉末粒径为50-100μm的60%Ni80Cr20合金粉末与20%Cr2O3,10%Ag和10%BaF2/CaF2共晶等3种粉末(自润滑相)配料后进行高能球磨,并将球磨粉末冷等静压到Ni基高温合金轴表面,经真空烧结成PM304涂层.测试结果表明,1100℃烧结2 h后,PM304涂层的组织细小致密,润滑相Cr2O3粒子尺寸为100 nm左右、BaF2/CaF2粒子尺寸为1μm左右、Ag粒子尺寸小于5μm,涂层的相对密度为94%,拉伸强度为47 MPa(比相同配料比、离子喷涂制备的PS304的最高拉伸强度高出33%).在200-800℃温度范围PM304的平均热膨胀系数为12.6×10-6℃.与PS304涂层相比, PM304涂层与Ni基高温合金在20-650℃相对摩擦时,具有较低的摩擦系数.
PM304 coating comprised of 60% Ni80Cr20 and self-lubricating additives of 20% Cr2O3, 10% Ag and 10% BaF2/CaF2 eutectic has been prepared by high-energy ball milling and powder metallurgy. Experimental results showed that the sizes of Cr2O3 and BaF2/CaF2 in PM304 coating sintered at 1100℃ for 2 h are about 100 nm and 1 pro, respectively, and that of Ag particles is below 5μm, the relative density of the coating is 94%, and the mean tensile strength is 47 MPa, 33% greater than that of PS304 coating prepared by plasma spraying. The mean thermal expansion coefficient of PM304 is about 12.6×10^-6℃ in the temperature range of 200-800℃. The friction coefficient of PM304 coating is lower than that of PS304 coating at temperatures from 20 to 650℃.
