摘要
激光熔覆技术作为一种先进材料制造及表面改性技术,近年来在金属材料领域一直被国内外广泛研究和应用。由于激光熔覆过程很快,对激光熔覆的研究很多采用数值模拟的方法进行辅助。本文分别介绍了温度场模拟、应力场模拟及流场数值模拟技术的国内外研究现状及应用,总结并分析目前激光熔覆数值模拟技术研究中存在的问题,并展望了激光熔覆模拟技术在未来的发展趋势。
As an advanced material manufacturing and surface modification technology,laser cladding technology has been widely studied and applied at home and abroad in recent years.Due to the fast process of laser cladding,many researches on laser cladding are assisted by numerical simulation of laser cladding.The research status and the applicationof temperature field simulation,stress field simulation and flow field numerical simulation technology at home and abroad are introduced,respectively.The current research status and existing problems of laser cladding numerical simulation technology are summarized and analyzed,and the development trend of laser cladding simulation technology in the future is forecasted.
