摘要
当今,产学研合作模式已成为校企或科研机构之间一种有效的合作方式。通过对产学研合作模式下,技术创新及人才培养模式概述,指出当下此人才培养模式下的缺陷与不足,从而提出在产学研合作模式下如何构建新型技术创新及人才培养机制。
Nowadays,the enterprise-university-research cooperation pattern has become an effective cooperation way between university enterprises or scientific research institutions.This paper overviews technical innovation and talent training model under the enterprise-universityresearch cooperation pattern,points out the present defects and limitations of the talent training model,and puts forward how to set up a new type of talent training mechanism for technological innovation under the enterprise-university-research cooperation pattern.
