摘要
新疆农业上市公司技术创新人才的培养问题研究是维持新疆农业上市公司产业结构升级转型的重要血液,这一研究对合理配置技术创新人才的结构、数量和提高开发技术创新人才的质量,提出了新的要求,同时,这一研究也是顺应国家经济深化改革和对农业供给侧改革的大方向。本文通过对国家政策和文献的梳理,结合新疆农业上市公司技术创新人才培养的实际,了解到当前新疆农业技术创新人才的培养存在许多问题,最后提出优化新疆农业上市公司技术创新人才培养的对策措施和政策建议。
