摘要
目前国内汽车总装生产线上,驻车制动系统的装调大多采用人工调整的方式,所以存在装调一致性差、油耗高等问题,所以提出了驻车制动自动调整系统方案。首先对系统的电机、减速机,传感器等标准件进行了选型,对手柄抓持器、棘轮锁释放器、调整螺母操纵机构专用支架等非标件进行设计,并且为减小系统运行过程中的振动和冲击,提出制动手柄运动的7阶段S曲线,基于LabVIEW设计自动调整系统的控制程序。
At present,on the current domestic automobile assembly line,the parking brake system is mostly used to adjust the way the manual adjustment,so there is poor consistency of the equipment,fuel consumption and other issues,so the parking brake automatic adjustment system program is put forward,and the automatic adjustment system is divided into braking system.Handle control mechanism and adjust the nut control mechanism two lines.First of all,the system of the motor,reducer,sensors and other standard parts for a reasonable selection of the handle grip,ratchet lock release device,adjust the nut control bracket and other non-standard parts designed,and to reduce the system during the operation Vibration and shock,the proposed 7-stage S-curve of the brake handle movement,and the control program of the automatic adjustment system based on LabVIEW.
