摘要
手制动是一种被广泛应用的驻车制动形式,手制动预紧力的调整是车辆生产总装线上不可缺少的一个环节,其预紧力的大小不仅影响汽车的驻车安全,还与行车时制动系统阻滞力的大小相关联,直接影响车辆的燃油经济性和制动器寿命。目前国内大多数主流车型的总装线上,手制动装调仍采用人工装调工艺。针对某在产车型人工装调工艺存在的装调质量不可控、工人劳动强度大等问题,研发手制动自动装调设备,对自动装调设备的调整工艺进行控制研究,并通过实车试验进行验证及优化,最终提出更为高效、可靠的调整策略,为手制动的自动化装调提供技术支撑,并为自动装调设备的应用提供依据。

In view of the existing problems, developed the Hand brake automatic tuning device, Research on the adjusting process of equipment control, validated and optimized through the real vehicle tests, finally proposed a more efficient and reliable adjustment strategy. Not only provide technical support for hand brake automatic adjustment, but also provides the basis for the application of the equipment.
