摘要
四川会理铅锌股份有限公司有半个多世纪的开采历史,矿产资源丰富,但是矿石结构复杂,有用矿物共生现象严重,属于铅锌难分离矿石。在原矿锌品位7.27%,铅品位1.21%的情况下,通过提高浮选浓度及对选矿药剂制度的调整,最终获得了铅精矿主品位54.81%,锌杂质8.24%,铅回收率68.33%的选矿指标,相对现场实际生产铅精矿主品位提高了0.44%,锌杂质降低了2.71%,铅回收率提高了11.44%,为企业每年创造了337.5万元的经济价值。
Sichuan HuiLi Zinc&Plumbum Co.,Ltd.has more than half a century of mining history there is rich in mineral resources,but the complexity of the structure of the oreand desired minerals are in a symbiotic state,so the mineral belong to refractory ore.The results of experiment indicate that on the ground of zinc and ore and lead grade was7.27%and1.21%respectively,the industrial examination was carried out,the lead concentrates main content of the concentrate was up to54.81%and the recovery of lead was up to68.33%,and zinc impurity concentrates was8.24%by increasing the concentration of flotation and adjustment of mineral processing reagent,the main lead concentrate grade and lead recovery improved by.0.44points and11.44points respectively,and the zinc impurities reduced by2.71points compared with the production indexes.Which created337.5million yuan RMB of economic profit per year for enterprise.
