摘要
城门山铜矿自实施选铜流程优化改造后,在选铜作业精选段引进了浮选柱用于铜精矿回收。浮选柱因其具有优良、高效的充气效率,有助于矿山浮选效率的提升。气泡发射器作为浮选柱的核心部件,其充气性能不仅直接影响浮选柱的工作效率,而且对浮选选别指标的影响也较大。通过分析浮选柱气泡发射器的气泡分布状况,对浮选柱气泡发射器的充气性能进行研究,以及对浮选柱气泡发射器的布局进行优化,既可以促进浮选柱浮选效率的提升,也可以为同行业的浮选柱气泡发射器应用和研究提供经验借鉴。
After the optimization of the self-separation copper process in Chengmenshan Copper Mine,the flotation column was introduced to recover copper concentrate.Flotation column contributes to the improvement of mine flotation efficiency because of its excellent and efficient inflation efficiency.As the core part of flotation column,the gas-charging performance of bubble launcher directly affects the working efficiency of flotation column,and has a great influence on flotation indexes.By analyzing the bubble distribution of bubble launcher of flotation column,the study on the inflation performance of bubble launcher of flotation column is carried out,and the layout of bubble launcher of flotation column is optimized,which can not only improve the flotation efficiency of flotation column,but also provide reference value for the application and research of flotation column bubble launcher.
