摘要
浮选槽内充气量大小是浮选机最重要的控制因素之一。需要与矿石性质、作业段数和技术指标要求相适应。德兴铜矿泗洲选厂一段浮选作业采用KYF-130大型充气式浮选机,充气量的大小和分布一直没有进行系统的评价。测试了该选厂一段不同作业的泡沫层厚度分布、功耗分布、充气量和空气分散度的分布。根据测试结果讨论了充气量大小的操作原则,为德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂的指标保证提供了指导。
The air rate in the flotation cells is one of the most important control parameters. It depends on the ore properties, stagesand the metallurgy performance. Large air-forced KYF-130 flotation cells are utilized at Sizhou concentrator in Dexing Copper Mine.The air rate and its distribution down the stages have not been evaluated aswhole. The froth depth, power consumption, air rate and itsdispersion in the first flotation stages are tested. The operation principle of aerated quantity is discussed basing on the test results forproviding the guarantee of metallurgy performance of Sizhou concentrator in Dexing Copper Mine.
