摘要
目的:探究叶酸、维生素B_6、B_(12)治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者血清Hcy水平变化及对患者预后的影响。方法:收集冠心病心绞痛患者232例,采用随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予冠心病心绞痛基础治疗,治疗组加用叶酸片(5 mg/d)、维生素B_6片(10 mg/d)、维生素B_(12)片(500μg/d),疗程6个月。对比两组患者血清Hcy水平,心绞痛症状、心电图变化情况以及恶性心血管事件发生情况。结果:连续用药6个月后治疗组血清Hcy水平明显低于对照组,治疗组患者心绞痛症状、心电图改变的总有效率及显著有效率均高于对照组,恶性心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外治疗组在用药期间未发生相关不良反应。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者补充叶酸,维生素B_6、B_(12)可以降低血清Hcy水平,减少恶性心血管事件发生率,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the changes of serum folic acid,vitamin B6,Hcy levels in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated with B12and the impact on prognosis.Method232patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated patients,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups given the basic treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the treatment group was treated with Folic Acid Tablets(5mg/day),vitamin B6(10mg/day),vitamin B12(500μg/days),6months after treatment.Two groups of patients with serum Hcy levels,angina pectoris in treatment,ECG changes and adverse cardiovascular events were compared.Results After6months the serum level of Hcy group was significantly lower than the control group.The treatment group symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,ECG total effective rate and effective rate were significantly higher than the control group,the malignant rate of cardiovascular events was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group without related adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris of folic acid,vitamin B6and B12can decrease the serum level of Hcy,reduce the incidence of malignant cardiovascular events,improve the prognosis of patients.
