摘要
目的:了解贵州省县级公立医院医务人员工作满意度现状。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取贵州省7家进行综合改革的县级公立医院的医务人员进行问卷调查。以李克特5点计分,采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:县级公立医院医务人员工作满意度总体属于"一般满意",对职业风险最不满意;不同年龄、文化程度、职称、工作年限、职类的医务人员在领导与管理、工作本身、人际关系等方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:应构建医务人员的职业安全保障制度,提高职业安全感;实施并完善补偿机制,薪酬分配应充分体现医务人员的职业价值;协同提高医务人员总体工作满意度,营造良好的改革生态圈。
Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of medical staff in county public hospitals of Guizhou Province in the comprehensive reform period.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff from7county-level public hospitals with comprehensive reform in Guizhou province using a cluster random sampling method.The survey was scored by Li Kete's Five Scaling Method and analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:The job satisfaction of medical staff in county-level public hospitals was general satisfied as a whole and least satisfied on job risks.There were significant differences in leadership and management,work itself and interpersonal relationship among medical staff with different ages,educational backgrounds,titles,working years and occupations(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occupational safety guarantee system should be built up for medical staff to improve their sense of occupational safety.The compensation mechanism should be implemented and perfected,and the salary distribution should fully reflect the professional value of medical staff.The overall work satisfaction of medical staff should be improved to construct a good ecological reform circle.
