摘要
目的探究护理干预法在普外科手术患者护理中的临床应用价值。方法对本院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的88例普外科手术患者作为本次临床研究资料,根据不同的护理方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者普外科手术中应用常规护理,观察组患者普外科手术中应用护理干预方法。结果 (1)护理满意程度比较,观察组患者护理满意程度为97.73%,对照组患者护理满意程度为88.64%。(2)术后疼痛情况比较,观察组患者最高疼痛评分及2d内平均疼痛评分均低于对照组。(3)两组患者SAS评分比较,术前患者SAS评分并没有明显差距,但经不同的护理干预后,观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组。结论护理干预法在普外科手术患者护理中,可以提升患者护理满意程度,减少术后疼痛情况及术前焦虑情况,因此护理干预法在普外科手术患者护理中具有重要的临床应用价值,今后要注重护理干预法在普外科手术患者护理中的临床应用推广。
Objctive To explore the applicative value of nursing intervention in the caring of general surgical patients.Methods Clinical data of88general surgical patients treated during April2016and April2017were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different schemes of nursing care,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received nursing intervention.Results The satisfaction rate was97.73%vs88.64%in the observation group and control group.The highest pain score and2d average pain score were lower in the observation group than in the control group.Before surgery,there was no difference in the SAS score between the two groups,while after different schemes of postoperative nursing care,the SAS score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients'satisfaction rate,reduce preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain.It is worth of wide clinical application.
