摘要
目的探究APN连续性排班新模式在儿科的临床应用效果。方法实施APN连续性排班新模式前后随机对我科收治的120例患儿家长发放调查问卷,问卷在相关文献基础上设计。患者满意度调查问卷包括患者对护士服务态度、沟通技巧、病房环境、业务水平、护士仪表等情况的满意情况。结果实施前后患者对护士服务态度、沟通技巧、病房环境、护士仪表4项满意度调查比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 APN连续性排班新模式有助于提高患者满意度,和谐医患关系,更好地为患儿服务,值得进一步推广。
Objective Scheduling a new model to explore the continuity of APN in the pediatric clinical effect. Conclusion The new model of continuity of APN scheduling contributes to improve patient satisfaction, harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and better services for children, definitely worthy of further pro- motion.
