红霉素治疗喂养不耐受早产儿22例护理

摘要 目的:总结红霉素治疗喂养不耐受早产儿的护理体会。方法:回顾分析喂养不耐受早产儿22例进行红霉素治疗和护理措施。结果:22例最短治疗时间1周,最长15 d,患儿临床症状改善,每天完成奶量增加,胃潴留量减少,体质量增加。结论:加强哺喂护理,减轻药物的毒副作用,对患儿的早日康复起重要作用。
