摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者情绪、希望水平及生活质量的影响。方法将65例行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和研究组(32例)。两组均给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予无缝隙护理干预,干预7 d,出院后随访3个月。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定焦虑、抑郁状况,采用Herth希望量表评定患者的希望水平,采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评定患者的生活质量。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后两组Herth希望量表评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。出院3个月末,两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评分均干预前较显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著于对照组(P<0.01)。结论无缝隙护理干预能有效缓解子宫肌瘤手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者对未来生活的希望水平及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing intervention on mood,hope level and quality of life of patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation.Methods A total of 65 patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation were divided into control group(33 cases)and study group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given seamless nursing intervention on the basis of this.The intervention lasted for 7 days and the patients were followed up for 3 months after discharge.Before and after the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess anxiety and depression,the Herth hope index(HHI)was used to assess the patient's hope level,and the quality of life scale was used to assess the patient's quality of life.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),while those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After the intervention,the HHI scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).At the end of 3 months after discharge,the scores of the quality of life scale in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The seamless nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation,and improve the patients'hope for future life and quality of life.
