摘要
文章通过对滚筒式飞剪的结构及工作原理分析,介绍了滚筒式飞剪在包钢镀锌线中的应用概况及结构特点。针对常用冷轧滚筒式飞剪的不同剪刃形式,进行了阐述和总结,并结合现场实践经验,重点对飞剪检修中机械方面的技术要点进行了介绍。该经验在包钢镀锌线得到了很好的应用,缩短了飞剪的检修时间,保证了滚筒飞剪的正常、稳定运行,提高了滚筒飞剪的使用寿命,产生了较大的经济效益,方法切实可行,对该类结构飞剪的检修工作起到了一定的参考借鉴作用。
Based on the analysis of structure and working principle of drum type flying shear,in the paper it is introduced the application and structural features of drum type flying shear in galvanizing line of Baotou Steel.It is expounded and summarized the different shear edge forms of cold rolling drum type flying shear,and combined with on-site practical experience,technical points in mechanics for flying shear maintenance are emphatically introduced.The experience has been well applied in galvanizing line of Baotou Steel,and maintenance time of flying shear is shortened;normal and steady operation of drum type flying shear is ensured;service life of flying shear of the roller is improved,having a great economic benefit and the method is practicable.It has played a certain reference for the maintenance work of such kind of flying shear.
