摘要
结合北方重工集团有限公司设计的滚筒飞剪机,介绍了螺旋式剪刃的滚筒飞剪的剪切原理,并对滚筒飞剪力能参数进行计算。该滚筒飞剪采用电机通过膜片式联轴器驱动齿轮轴,具有主副齿结构的传动方式;采用螺旋式剪刃进行剪切。生产实践表明,定尺长度精度可控制在±0.5 mm以内。
This paper introduces the cutting principle of arum flying shears,calculates the force parameters the equipment Combining with the northern heavy industries group Co.,Ltd.'s product. The arum flying shears uses the motor drive gear shaft with the diaphragm coupling,the equipment structure haves main gear and pinion,cutting with the Spiral Scissors. Production practice shows that the cutting lengths precision can control in ±0.5 mm.
