摘要
针对某厂施罗曼飞剪上刀架在运行六年之后发生严重的开裂事故,在实测的基础上,用有限元法对其进行强度分析,找出事故的直接原因是在箱形梁与支臂联接处的高应力区加焊了钢板末退火处理所致,提出了解决措施。
In this paper, the up holder beam of SCHLOEMANN flying shear which had been working for six years cracked seriously now in a factory. Based on the measured data, the beam is calculated and analyzed by finite element method. And the reason why the up holder beam cracked is that the steel plate is welded at the joint of the beam and arm, which is a high stress area, without annealing . The measure to solve the problem is presented.
