摘要
通过查阅广防风相关研究文献,对广防风进行本草考证,并对其鉴别、活性成分及其药理和应用研究进展进行综述,为广防风的后续研究提供依据。广防风为唇形科广防风属广防风Epimeredi indica(L.)的全草,为民间常用草药,民间常将其与豨莶草、广藿香混淆;广防风主要有效成分为防风内脂(Ovatodiolide)、广防风苷(Aepimeredinoside)等,具有抗炎、降压、细胞毒性等药理作用;临床上用广防风来治疗风湿性感冒、肠炎、肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征等。目前还未发现广防风的质量控制的相关研究,制定广防风的质量标准成为当前的紧迫任务。
The author reviews the research on the herbal medicine of Epimeredi indica(L.)by reviewing the relevant research literature of Epimeredi indica(L.),and summarizes its identification,the active ingredient and its pharmacology and application research progress,to provide the basis for the follow-up study of Epimeredi indica(L.).Epimeredi indica(L.)Rothm.is a family of Labiatae Epimeredi,which the whole plant used as medicine and it’s commonly used herb which often confused with ckia orientalis L.and ogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.The main active ingredients for the Epimeredi indica(L.)are Ovatodiolide and Aepimeredinoside,with pharmacological effects of Anti-inflammatory,antihypertensive,cytotoxic and so on.Epimeredi indica(L.)Rothm.Can be used in clinical Treatment of rheumatism,enteritis,perimenopausal syndromee for kidney yin deficiency.At present,it has not yet found the relevant research on the quality control of Epimeredi indica(L.),and the quality standard of Epimeredi indica(L.)has become the urgent task of the present day.
