摘要
目的:为鉴别和开发龙利叶提供参考依据。方法:对龙利叶的根进行了显微鉴别。结果:木栓层由5~10例细胞组成,皮层中含有很多淀粉粒,偶有簇晶,韧皮部狭窄,木质部宽广,射线明显。粉末可见网纹、孔纹及梯纹导管,并伴有纤维、含草酸钙簇晶的薄壁细胞,淀粉粒多为复粒等。结论:以上显微特征对龙利叶的根有鉴别意义。
[Object] To provide a scientific evaluation for identification and development of the root for Sauropus rostratus Miq. [S.changianus S.Y.Hu, S.spatuifolius Beille] . [Methods] Routing histological and microscopical identification methods was employed. [Results] The phellem is formed by 5~10 layers of cells. Many starch grains and a few cluster crystals are found in Cortex, The phloem is narrow, but the xylem is opposite, and the wood rays are obvious. There are reticulated vessels, pitted vessels and scalariform vessel, fibers, parenchyma cells with cluster crystals and Multiple starch grains in powder. [Conclusion] The results can be taken as the reference of identification for the root.
