摘要
以河南理工大学的消防工程专业为基础,结合毕业生及用人单位的反馈意见,从消防工程专业人才培养与就业角度出发,分析培养模式与就业需求之间的差异性;提出有利于人才培养和就业的消防工程专业教育知识体系、教学模式和实践基地,为提高消防工程专业人才培养质量提供借鉴。
On the basis of the Henan Polytechnic University of fire protection engineering,combined with the feedback of graduates and unit of choose and employ persons,from the perspective of fire engineering professional talent training and employment,analyzes the differences between training mode and the employment demand.For hatching and employment of fire engineering professional knowledge education system,teaching mode and practice base,to improve the quality of fire fighting engineering personnel training to improve reference.
