摘要
新工科建设对于创新创建人才培养模式有着较高的要求。为了优化升级传统工科专业人才培养体系,同时满足社会对具有实践能力和创新能力的消防人才的要求,主要分析了国内外消防工程专业方面的人才培养和工作管理模式,阐明了人才培养目标、培养模式和工作体系的主要内容及差异,并为我国新工科背景下消防工程人才培养事业的发展提出了建议,为推动我国消防工程体系建设、人才培养方案优化及实现消防工程多元化发展需求提供参考与借鉴。
Exploring a new mode of talent training is one of the important contents of Emerging Engineering Education.In order to optimize and upgrade the talent training system of traditional engineering majors and meet the social requirements for fire-fighting talents with practical ability and innovation ability,this paper analyzes the talent training and work management modes of fire-fighting engineering majors at home and abroad,and expounds the main contents and differences of talent training objectives,training modes and work systems.It also provides suggestions for the development of fire engineering talent training under the background of Emerging Engineering Education in China,and provides reference for promoting the construction of fire engineering system,optimizing talent training scheme and realizing the diversified development needs of fire engineering in China.
