摘要
为了正确防范和有效化解重特大安全风险,健全国家公共安全体系,整合了13个部门承担公共安全职能的应急管理部应时而生。随着近年来中国应急管理事业的深入发展,对消防工程人才的专业素养和创新实践能力等均提出了更高的要求。为了强化高校人才培养和社会需求间的有效对接,消防工程人才培养应明确培养目标,并通过构建政产学研一体化的培养方案,加强师资队伍建设、优化课堂教学和课程资源,强化校企合作,加强实习实训基地建设等多种途径实现。
In order to correctly guard against and effectively defuse major and extremely large security risks,integrate and optimize national emergency response forces and resources,and improve the public safety system,the Emergency Management Department,which integrated 13 departments with public safety functions,was established.With the further development of emergency management in China,higher requirements are made for fire engineering talents in terms of professional qualities and innovative practice ability.In order to strengthen the effective connection between talent training in university and social needs,it is necessary to identify the training objectives,and try to realize them through various ways such as building a training plan of the integration of government,industry,college and research,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the classroom teaching and curriculum resources,and strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of internship and training bases.
