摘要
综采工作面过构造期间严重制约着采煤工作面的正常生产。因此,为保证采煤工作面快速通过构造区域、保证原煤产量,在采煤工作面过断层期间通过使用乳化液钻机实施深孔,应用松动爆破技术增加岩石裂隙。并合理优化爆破参数及工艺流程,使得采煤工作面顺利通过断层。分析了新型乳化液钻机的使用,探讨了爆破方案的设计及爆破效果。
The normal production was seriously restricted when passing the construction at the fully mechanized working face.Therefore,to ensure the quick pass and guarantee the output of raw coal,deep drilling was adopted by using emulsion motor whenpassing the fault and loose blasting technology was applied to increase the rock fracture.This paper analyzed the use of themodern emulsion motor and explored the design of the scheme of blasting and its effect.
