摘要 针对赵庄矿大采高工作面过矸区截割回采困难的现状,提出了综采工作面过矸区深孔爆破技术,介绍了该技术的特点,该矿5312工作面回采顺槽机尾巷道因陷落柱割矸影响正常回采,因此对矸区进行深孔爆破预裂处理。该回采工艺消除了回采面爆破对采煤机的截割震动,减低了机电事故的发生,提高了回采效率,减少了成本的投入。 Due to the difficulty in cutting and mining in the large height gangue zone working face of Zhaozhuang coal mine,the deep hole blasting technology is proposed,and the characteristics of the technology are introduced.The deep hole blasting pre-cracking treatment is carried out on the mining zone roadway with large amount of gangue which affect the mining in 5312 working face. The process eliminates the cutting related vibration of the coal mining machine by the blasting in the mining face,reduces the occurrence of electromechanical accidents,improves the recovery efficiency,and reduces the operation cost.
