摘要
"资助育人5.0"是高校资助育人工作项目创新,以人为本,综合专业教育,考虑学生长远发展。本文主要对贫困大学生"个性化"培养方案的定制与实施进行探讨,以"个性化"档案的信息为基础,利用数据分析判断每个贫困大学生的培养方向,合理利用教育资源,体现了资助育人的数据化、智慧化。
"Financial Aid for Education5.0"is an innovation inthe project of financial aid for education in colleges.It is a people-oriented move integrating professional education and takinginto account the long-term development of students.This papermainly discusses the formulation and implementation of"personalized"training programs customized for poor college students.With"personalized"archives information as the basis,we usedata to analyze and determine the training direction of each poorcollege student,so as to use educational resources rationally.Itembodies data-based and intelligent financial aid for education.
