摘要
该文以滇西北乡村教师群体为研究对象,对滇西北乡村教师心理健康服务心理需求现状进行调查,提出为滇西北乡村教师提供心理健康服务必须紧扣"通过对滇西北乡村教师提供心理健康服务,使其能借助心理健康服务,消除不良或消极心理,并养成积极、向上与和谐的健康心态,以及幸福地工作、生活和发展"的目标,聚焦"以教师为中心,需求为导向"两个焦点,开展心理健康知识普及、心理咨询服务和心理危机干预,按照滇西北乡村教师对心理健康服务的四类需求,进行心理健康服务法治化、科学化、专业化、信息化和本土化建设。
The investigation from the mental health services of rural teachers in northwestern Yunnan showed that providing mental health services for rural teachers in northwestern Yunnan,could eliminate their bad or negative psychology,and but develop a positive,upward and harmonious health attitude,so that happily work,live and develop.Then,we should focus on the"two focal points"of"teacher-centered and demand-oriented",and develops"mental health knowledge popularization,psychological counseling services and psychological crisis intervention".Finally,we should pay attention to mental health service of"four types of needs"for the rural teacher,and conduct mental health services in ruled by law,scientific,professional,informatization and localization condition.
