摘要
本文采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,对北京市三元食品股份有限公司经济效益进行综合评价。利用因子分析法构建适合三元企业的经济效益评价体系,对三元企业发展能力进行研究。研究表明北京三元股份有限公司总体发展态势良好,具有较强的经济效益,是一个非常有发展前景的企业。但是三元企业在经营过程中也存在很多问题,如企业盈利能力差、偿债能力差等,本文提出了引进核心技术、加强资金管理等建议,以促进北京三元企业提高经济效益。
This paper adopted qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the economic benefits of San yuan Foods Co.,LTD.Based on factor analysis,it constructed the economic benefit evaluation system for San yuan enterprises,and studied their development capacity.The research showed that San yuan had good overall development situation and strong economic benefit,which would be a very promising enterprise.However,there were also some problems,such as the poor profitability and solvency,etc.It then proposed some measures like introducing core technology and strengthening the capital management,so as to improve economic efficiency of San yuan enterprises.
