摘要
房地产市场在我国经济发展中的作用越来越大,近年来各地房地产市场发展速度明显减缓。针对目前房地产市场的现状,以35个城市的房地产市场指标数据,通过因子分析法,建立了以规模、供求和价格为目标的房地产市场综合评价指标体系。同时,运用科学的方法确立各因子的权重,确定了各城市房地产市场综合评价结果,并使用图、表对评价结果进行了具体分析。根据各城市的房地产市场综合评价结果,对各城市进行分类,并对城市房地产市场提出了建议。
The real estate has played more and more important effect on our country's economic development,in recent years,the speed of all the real estate was already sputtering.According to the current situation of the real estate,an indicator system was established based on factor analysis which included scale,supply and demand and price to evaluate the comprehensive development of the real estate by using 35 cities data.By using the scientific method to determine the weights of every different factor,the comprehensive evaluate results of the cities real estate were obtained.Then the results of the comprehensive evaluation were analyzed in depth by using the charts and tables,and the cities were classified and reasonable suggestions were proposed based on the cities real estate at last.
