摘要
车架是轻型载货车的主要承载系统,车辆的大部分部件(如动力总成、驾驶室、货箱、前后桥等)均与车架直接相连。由于车架系统结构复杂,无法用传统的计算方法实现对车架的精确计算。而近年来随着有限元方法的迅速发展,可以用计算机对车架模态进行仿真分析,模态的设计与分析克服了静态方法的局限性,强调从车架结构的整体考虑,在整车校核中考虑了振动的因素。以便了解车架的振动特性是否满足整车需求,以规避由于布置不当导致的共振现象,进而为后续的车架设计提供有力的理论依据。文章以某轻型载货车车架为研究对象,采用HyperWorks软件中的HyperMesh模块建立车架的有限元模型,并用MSC.Nastran求解器分析车架的自由模态,得到车架的固有频率及振型,从而对车架的振动特性做出评估。
The frame is the main load system of the light truck,and most parts of the vehicle(such as power assembly,cab,container,front and rear bridge,etc.)are directly connected with the frame.Because the frame system is complex,it isimpossible to calculate the frame accurately by traditional calculation method.In recent years,with the rapid development ofthe finite element method,simulation analysis of the modal frame can be used in computer,design and modal analysisovercomes the limitations of static methods,emphasize from the overall consideration of the frame structure in the vehicle,considering the factors of vibration check.In order to understand whether the vibration characteristics of the frame meet theneeds of the vehicle,in order to avoid the resonance caused by improper layout,and then provide a strong theoretical basis forthe subsequent frame design.Taking a light truck frame as the research object,using the finite element HyperMesh module in HyperWorks softwareto establish the model of the frame,and using MSC.Nastran solver free modal analysis of the frame,get the natural frequencyand vibration mode of the frame,thus the vibration characteristic of the frame to make assessment.
