摘要 为了进一步优化8GX-405型自走式灌溉机机架的结构参数,提高其结构强度和刚度,保证整机工作性能,采用ANSYS软件,对机架进行力学模拟和仿真。根据灌溉机的工作条件和要求,在力学简化的基础上,建立了有限元分析模型,给出了静止、极限转弯等不同工况下的载荷和约束边界条件,选用梁单元进行分析和计算,得到了不同工况下结构的位移、应力变化规律,结构危险点的最大应力、最大变形分别为201.15 MPa和48.785 mm。结果表明,采用矩形钢管和板材组成的焊接式机架,强度和刚度足够,能满足使用要求。研究方法和手段可以为同类结构的分析设计所借鉴。 In order to optimize the structural parameters,to enhance its structural strength and rigidity,and to ensure the machine work performance,the frame was simulated by ANSYS for the frame of the 8GX-405 self-propelled irrigation machine.According to working conditions and requirements of irrigation machine,the frame was simplified in mechanics and the finite element model for frame was established.The loads and constraints were determined in static and swerve conditions.The displacement and stress distribution were obtained by using beam element to be analyzed.The maximum stress of structural danger point is 201.15 MPa with the maximum deformation of structural danger point as 48.785 mm.The results indicated that strength and rigidity of the welding frame composed of rectangular steel pipe and plate could meet the application requirements.It is this research method that may be used for reference in the design and analysis of similar structures.
