摘要
旋转锻压机本体是机床重要的基础部件,本体结构的强度和刚度直接影响到整个机床的性能。采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS的结构分析模块对旋转锻压机本体结构的强度和刚度进行有限元分析,得出本体各部分应力和变形极值及其部位,并与本体所用材料的力学性能进行比较,得出的结果完全符合设计要求。通过多次有限元分析,得出本体变形量随外载荷变化的经验公式,为旋转锻压机结构设计或改造提供理论依据。
Spin-forging press machine's body structure is a very important basic part, whose strength and stiffness influence the performance of the whole machine directly. The strength and stiffness of body structure are carried out by using the structural module of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The max-stress and deformation value and regions are pointed out. Compared with the material mechanical property of frame, the result is quite accord with the design request. Through multiple finite element analysis, the empirical formula of body deformation with variation in load is acquired. The formula can provide theory foundation for structure design or remodeling of spin-forging press machine.
