摘要
目的探讨热敏灸结合手法按摩治疗产褥中晚期缺乳疗效。方法本次研究的对象均为2014年1月~2015年12月来本院就诊的产褥中晚期缺乳患者,共160例,采用简单随机、单盲、相互对照的试验设计方法分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组患者仅行手法按摩治疗,观察者患者在手法按摩治疗基础上加用热敏灸,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.75%,明显比对照组的90.00%更高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组就诊第1天的泌乳量为(91.16±23.65)m L,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,1疗程后哺乳后2 h的泌乳量为(366.54±53.25)m L,明显比对照组高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸结合手法按摩治疗产褥中晚期缺乳具有良好的疗效,可以改善产后缺乳,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the thermal moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of puerperal middle-late hypogalactia curative effect.Methods The study objects are between January2014and December2015to our hospital puerperal middle-late hypogalactia patients,a total of160cases,using simple random,single blind,mutual contrast experiment design method is divided into control group and observation group,control group,80cases of patients,only do massage treatment,80patients with observer,on the basis of massage therapy combined with thermal moxibustion,compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results Treatment group total effective rate was98.75%,90.00%higher than the control group obviously,compare the differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05);observation group visits the first day of the mammary volume for(91.16±23.65)mL,no significant difference compared with the control group,after a course of nursing after2hours of lactation quantity for(366.54±53.25)mL,significantly higher than control group,compare the differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of puerperal middle-late hypogalactia has good curative effect,can improve postpartum hypogalactia,worthy of clinical use.
