摘要
目的观察针灸推拿配合走罐治疗产后缺乳的疗效。方法将164例患者随机分为3组,其中针灸组50例,推拿组50例,针推走罐组64例,3组均治疗20d后观察疗效。结果针推走罐组的疗效显著高于针灸组和推拿组(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿加走罐治疗能有效改善产后缺乳。
Objective To observe the curative effects of combining acupuncture and massage with moving-cupping to treat postpartum hypogalactia. Methods 164 sufferers were randomly divided into three groups：an acupuncture group of 50 cases, a massage therapy group of 50 cases,an acupuncture and massage therapy plus moving-cupping group of 64 cases.The curative effects of the three groups were evaluated after 20 days＇ treatment. Results The curative effect of the acupuncture and massage therapy plus moving-cupping group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture group and the massage therapy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combining acupuncture and massage with moving-cupping can effectively improve postpartum hypogalactia.
