摘要
目的探讨腹部艾灸配合穴位埋线治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床应用价值。方法将我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的141例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分组,其中70例予以单纯针刺治疗设为对照组,其余71例予以腹部艾灸配合穴位埋线治疗设为观察组;对比两组治疗前后痛经症状积分情况与疗效。结果两组治疗前痛经症状积分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后其痛经症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,组间治疗后该积分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后VAS评分评分均较治疗前明显降低,组间治疗后该积分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗总有效率分别为98.59%与85.71%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论寒凝血瘀型痛经患者临床予以腹部艾灸配合穴位埋线治疗,疗效确切,该法深具临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of moxibustion abdomen combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea. Methods 141 cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea patients cured in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. 70 cases were in the control group, and treated with acupuncture alone. 71 cases were in the observation group, and treated with moxibustion abdomen combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy. The dysmenorrhea symptom score and efficacy before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The dysmenorrhea symptom score was not significant before treatment of the two groups（P〈0.05）. The dysmenorrhea symptom score after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment all the two groups. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. VAS score was not significant before treatment of the two groups（P〈0.05）. The VAS score after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment all the two groups. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rates of the two groups were 98.59% and 85.71%, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of moxibustion abdomen combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea was exact, and the method had the value of clinical application.
