摘要
对竹林山煤矿1408工作面特大断面开切眼的支护机理进行了分析,提出了采用二次掘进的施工方式以及"锚杆+金属网+钢带+锚索+单体柱"的支护方式。运用工程类比设计了具体的巷道支护参数,并对支护参数进行了理论验算。现场的顶板离层监测结果表明,设计的特大断面开切眼支护方案能够有效控制巷道围岩变形,确保巷道围岩处于稳定状态。
In this paper,the support mechanism of cutting in the large section of the1408working face inZhulinshan Coal Mine is analyzed,the construction method of secondary excavation and the support way of"anchor+metal net+steel belt+anchor cable+single column"are put forward.The specific parameters of roadway support aredesigned by engineering analogy,and the support parameters are theoretically calculated.The monitoring results of theon-site roof show that the support program designed of cutting the large section can effectively control the surroundingrock deformation of the roadway to ensure that the surrounding rock of the roadway is in a stable state.
