摘要 针对大断面切巷施工时支护断面大、通风困难、施工效率低等技术难题,通过技术研究,对王庄煤矿7111工作面切巷传统施工方案主要存在的技术难题进行分析,提出了分次掘进成巷掘进工艺。通过实际应用效果来看,与传统施工工艺相比分次掘进成巷掘进周期缩短了7 d,提高了大断面切巷顶板稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the technical problems of large support section,difficult ventilation and low construction efficiency in the construction of large section roadway cutting,through technical research,the main technical problems existing in the traditional construction scheme of roadway cutting in the 7111 working face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine are analyzed,and the tunneling technology of divided tunneling is proposed.According to the practical application effect,compared with the traditional construction technology,the tunneling cycle of divided tunneling is shortened 7 days,the roof stability of large section cut roadway is improved,and remarkable application effect is obtained.
