摘要
汽车日常需求的提高带来我国汽车租赁业的快速发展,行业自身特点和政策法规动向都鼓励汽车租赁行业进一步发展,但行业仍呈现市场集中度低、规模效应不显著的状况。高成本、低利润及季节性明显是困扰行业发展的主要因素,法规政策不健全及信用体系不完善严重限制行业发展,规模化经营和网络化不足影响行业消费体验。利用分享经济的契机,汽车租赁行业的发展可以通过政企合作的行业供给模式和"轻资产、重信用"的产业运作模式,全面提升汽车租赁行业的成熟度并最终实现持续的良性运营。
The increasingly higher demand for cars in our daily lives leads to the rapid development of China's car rental industry.The industry's own characteristics and government policies both encourage further development of car rental industry,but the industry still faces some problems such as low market concentration and weak scale effect.High cost,low profit and obvious seasonality are major factors that hinder the development of the industry.Unsound policies and imperfect credit system seriously limit the development of the industry.The lack of large-scale operation and networking affect consumer experience.With the opportunity of sharing economy,the industry can develop through the cooperation with government and the operation mode of"light asset,heavy credit"so as to enhance the maturity of the whole industry and finally achieve sustained benign operation.
