摘要
为了提高板材的产品质量及合格率,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对几种常见板材的表面缺陷进行了分析研究,分析了板材表面纵向小裂纹、冷弯裂纹和星状碎裂纹的形成原因,确定了造成上述缺陷的生产环节,提出了有针对性的改进措施。指出加强物料和钢包烘烤、对大包套管处进行吹氩保护、防止中间包上下水口板间吸气以及严格控制氩气的流入量等有利于减少板材缺陷的产生。
In order to improve the product quality and qualification rate of steel plate,the commonsurface defects of steel plate were analyzed and studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electronmicroscope and energy spectrometer.The formation reasons for longitudinal small crack,cold bendingcrack and star crack on plate surface were analyzed and their source production processes defined.Relevant improvement measures were put forward.It was pointed out that strengthening material andladle drying,adopting argon blowing protection at ladle shroud,preventing absorption between upperand lower nozzles at tundish and strictly controlling argon flow could favor the reduction of platedefects.
