船板钢表面小纵裂纹成因分析及控制 被引量:2

摘要 针对船板表面频繁出现小纵裂纹的问题,通过对铸坯表面及皮下质量的检查,取样进行金相分析,认为这类表面小纵裂纹主要是由于铸坯皮下气泡影响所致。通过强化脱氧、降低钢水过热度、避免原料受潮、加强保护浇注及结晶器缝隙密封,达到了控制小纵裂纹产生的目的。 In view of producing frequently small-longitudinal cracks on ship plate steel surface,the surface and subsurface qualities of the cast slab were examined and sampling in the plate with small-longitudinal cracks made metallographic analysis.The results showed that the cracks were caused by the influence of the subsurface blowholes.By strengthening deoxidization,reducing the degree of superheat of molten steel,avoiding moisture materials,improving protective casting and the seal of mould,the small-longitudinal cracks were reduced obviously.
